Other terms and conditions

Please bear in mind that photo may different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display, request for exchange of this reason will not be accepted.

 

Order combines

Different orders will not be combined after order placed.

Tracking number will be provided after order was sent and receiver may contact courier service provider for special arrangement

 

Missing item(s)

Please check and confirm with the items from your parcel in front of the courier before sign for delivery confirmation, once delivery successes, it was said to be no missing item(s) from the parcel and further request will NOT be accepted.

If you find missing items from the parcel before sign for delivery confirmation:

1.Please reject the parcel and ask the courier to send the parcel back to sender

2. Email to silverholistic.com with the order number to tell us about the missing item from parcel

We will then contact the courier to return the rejected parcel and send out the order again.

 

Transaction completed and 7 days protection scheme 

Any replacement or exchange request should be raised within 7 days upon received the order. Customers’ fails to exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted with further replacement request. Transaction is completed after 7 days upon delivery. We shall not bear any legal responsibility and will not arrange any replacement or exchange.

 

Crystal and Gems

Each piece of natural stones and gems has their unique color tones and pattern, the difference in appearance due to natural properties will not affect the use and energy of the products.

Product exchange

Please email us with order numbers, photos that reflect the product conditions for the ease of handling.

Products conditions are ensured good before the leaving our warehouse, however, shipping journey are not under our control, please contact us within 7 days if replacement or exchange is required. 

 

Situation that we do NOT accept exchange or replacement

Order completed, which is 7 days after delivery

Opened and used product

Products without original packing, damaged or fragmented

Do not want the product after order confirmed due to preference, change in mind or placing order with wrong item

All item with discount or special price

All gift items and tester

Allergic reactions due to personal’s skin sensitive/unsuitable issue

Cannot provide invoice

Crystal product that is not damaged during shipping

If customer find the product that has gone bad with, we will send back to item to our supplier or manufacturer for investigation, usually it take 1-2 months times, we will arrange replacement right after if it has been proved that the quality of the items has problem.

Customer will have to pay for the delivery charges occured

 

Exchange terms and conditions

Goods should remains with original packing and same condition as item received.

We will pay for the delivery charges arise if the related problem are result from mishandle of us. Otherwise, customer will have the full response on paying the full shipping expense and other related expenses.

Exchange would only accepted one time for the same order and further refund will not be accepted

 

Refund

Request for refund will not be accepted if order was processed already.

For order that is not processed yet, admin and handling fee of HK$200 or 10% of the total order value (which highest will be charged) will be deducted from the refund

 

It was said to be accepted with all the terms and conditions if order was placed.
